Communities in Schools also held a Christmas celebration at CHS today! With the Help of the Houston Food Bank, HEB and Shipley donuts here in Cleveland, they were able to help 10 families have a Christmas dinner, as well as throw a Christmas party for students!

UPDATE: As a precaution, 17 students have been transported to nearby hospitals for further evaluation. District administration is continuing to contact families of those involved.
Students that have been evaluated and cleared were taken to CMS and are currently being monitored by CMS nursing staff.
This morning, two of our buses were involved in an accident near 105 and 321. Students were on board the buses at the time of the accident and are currently being evaluated by EMS. There are no major injuries. District administration is contacting the families of the students involved.
As with any accident, all students and staff involved are being evaluated by EMS to ensure safety. Student and staff safety is our #1 priority.
