What role does the College & Career Center play in transcripts? When transcripts are ready we print them for students/parents and send them to post-secondary institutions 

Who can we release a transcript to? The student, the student’s parent/guardian, a post-secondary institution including military, someone in the school system who needs the transcript for educational purpose

How do I request my transcript? The transcript request QR Code is posted in the college center, on the library door and in the counseling center. The link is also here:  https://bit.ly/42rlniL

How long does it take to receive a transcript? Mrs. Howell sends transcripts every Friday and the advisers print for students to pick up every other Friday.  We stop printing transcripts at noon for the current Friday, any transcript request submitted after will be printed the following Friday.

How do I know when my transcript is ready to be picked up? When your transcript is ready to be picked up you will receive an email to your school email letting you know. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL REGULARLY.

¿Qué papel juega el equipo de Colegiatura y Carreras en los transcritos de los estudiantes? Una vez que los transcritos están listos nosotros los imprimimos

¿A quién le podemos dar el transcrito del estudiante?  Al estudiante, el padre/tutor, colegio/universidad, militar, o un personal de la escuela que necesita un transcrito para propósitos educacionales.

¿Cuánto tiempo se tarda en recibir el transcrito? La Sra. Howell manda los transcritos cada viernes y las asesoras imprimen los transcritos cada otro viernes. Páramos de imprimir los transcritos a medio dia para el mismo viernes, cualquier solicitud recibida después del mediodía serán imprimidos el viernes siguiente.

¿Cómo sé cuando mi transcrito está listo para recogerlo? Cuando el transcrito está listo para ser recogido recibirás un correo electrónico a tu correo de la escuela dejándote saber que está listo.  ES IMPERATIVO QUE ESTÉN AL TANTO DE SU CORREO ELECTRÓNICO DE LA ESCUELA REGULARMENTE.
